Who are we?

Why was MyBeatCoach created?

We are the result of years of accumulated experience in business processes, human resources, operational efficiency, and, most importantly, employee care.

Over the past 20 years, the current team at MyBeatCoach has worked as Advisors, Board Members, Executive Coaches, International Coaches, and Mentors to Executive Committees, among other roles.

This accumulated experience has given us a clear understanding of the causal, and non-causal, factors that affect the well-being of companies, regardless of size or sector.

One of the key variables identified in all companies is the direct relationship between employee well-being and their level of performance, productivity, and efficiency.

In recent years, we have observed how an employee who receives real-time support to address a specific challenge affecting their work becomes significantly more productive and, at the same time, strengthens their bond with the company, serving as a strong indicator of talent retention.

That's why MyBeatCoach was created

Because a real-time application, available when the employee or executive needs it, with a person on the other side of the chat who understands their challenge from experience, is a true win-win for both the company and the employee.
